Very good question, here are a few reasons why:

We as the photographers/videographers AND editors of your photos are the ones that are actually on the property and see what the true colors of the exterior, interior walls, flooring and kitchen cabinets truly are. Making that VERY important for potential buyers to not be disappointed by what they see online vs what they see in person when viewing a property. That can lead to a negative experience for the Realtor, home owner and potential buyer.

We have heard many times of this actually happening. A.I. and over seas editors have no idea what the true colors look like. We on the other hand do, we make it a point that from photo to photo the colors are the same. In some instances the color temperature of the light bulbs can throw a color cast onto the walls/ceilings etc. and make it look like a different color and we truly represent that. This way, no one is disappointed and there is zero waste of time.

We have been also hearing about buyers complaining about all the A.I. edits looking fake and misrepresenting the property. That can put a bad image on the Realtor and we do not want to represent our realtors in that way.

Another great thing about us is that we will have your photos back to you within 12 hours or less. Videos can take up to 24 hours but most of the time we get them to you in 12 hours or less. Also, when we do our virtual staging for you, any changes that are made are made very quickly because we also do those in house.
